FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

i hope i never have to doublethink anything or be sent to thoughtcamps or worse.. the ministry of love.
my stupid shins cd is stuck in my laptop. stupid cd, stupid laptop. now i can’t watch fresh prince. i can’t wait to get a new laptop, mine is a bomb. bad bomb. big and very bad bomb. the minute i open more than two applications, it starts hyperventilating. stupid laptop. i want to replace you.
i was supposed to start working on tuesday. i can’t make up my mind. i don’t know whether i want the job or not. i don’t want to be another minion busy typing away on word and sorting through excel sheets. no no no. but staying at home isn’t very productive either. anyway, it is not as if i have a choice now, when i told the lady i needed to take at least two days off for my sister’s wedding, she freaked out and hasn’t called me back since.
nipponland snaps.

friday i’m in love
6 January 2008
I don’t care if Monday’s blue
Tuesday’s grey and Wednesday too
Thursday I don’t care about you
It’s Friday i’m in love- The Cure, Friday I’m in love
if i could, i would fast-forward the week to friday and then rewind and play it back. i wish everyday was friday. i want to be bill murray caught in friday.
it has been almost perfect in singapore. we’ve been routinely haunting places, eating the yummiest foods, talking about everything and reminding ourselves why we first became friends. how brilliant it is slipping back to the days when we were altogether and always together!
There is more to life than just eating, talking and being with people you love, i admit but i guess right now that will suffice. (i know we discussed hobbies and my lack thereof. maybe this is my hobby. my very expensive hobby. i should find a cheaper substitute.)
i am reluctant to even converse about the imminent future petrified to that it will blemish the present. it will come says a friend, and your to-do list will be full.
i know, but for now let me enjoy my fridays.
